如何提高和发展亚裔学生Leadership大型讲座

随著越来越多的第二代移民步入美国社会，如何提高和发展亚裔学生的Leadership，将来真正成为美国主流社会强有力的竟争者和领导者，已经成为众多亚裔学生，家长和社区非常关心和关注的问题。

在暑假即将结束和新学年开始之际，亚裔学生Leadership协会(Asian Student Leadership Association –ASLA) 和 Jay Lin青年助选委员会(Jay Lin for Johns Creek Youth Committee -J4JC) 经过精心筹备，很荣幸的邀请到了三位非常出色的演讲者从不同经历和不同角度分享如何提高和发展Leadership。除此以外，组织者还特别邀请了Johns Creek 市议员参选者Jay Lin简要讲述他的参选理念并激励年轻学生踊跃支持和参与社区服务，提高亚裔群体的声音。无论你是一位初中或高中在校学生，还是一位关心支持提高孩子领导能力的家长，甚至是一位在职的专业人士，这场讲座无疑会对你提高你的Leadership带来很多动力和帮助。即使你正面对很多困难和挫折，你也会发现他们是如何克服困难和挑战，重新迈向成功之路的！

Keynote Speaker: Amanda Hammett, CEO of Core Elevation and the author of Faceplant! Lessons for When Life Trips You Up, is a leading expert and nationally renowned speaker on developing youth leadership skills. She started and led a multi-million dollar business when she was only in her mid 20s. She was the keynote speaker at 2015 Georgia High School Student Council Leadership Conference. Her speech is very inspiring and breathtaking!

Guest Speaker: Rebecca Yan, Valedictorian of Lambert High School class 2015 and semi-finalist for U.S. Presidential Scholars Award, was offered admission to Yale, Harvard, and a full merit-based scholarship to Duke. Rebecca looks forward to sharing her leadership and community service experiences throughout her high school!

Keynote Speaker: Ron Chang, the President of UPS Capital Corporation, is a very successful Asian American in the corporate world. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated an outstanding growth path and held many key leadership positions in UPS including Treasury Europe & Asia, VP of Finance in the Pacific Region, and VP & Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. He will share how he was able to develop himself as an Asian American leader in the corporate environment!
